B2B business orders: 

For MAHLE employees

• Orders exclusively via Ariba eBuy: Please use the log-on patch on your desktop to place an order via Ariba eBuy. This is the only way to generate a purchase order number and correctly assign the invoice. Orders via the website are only permitted in exceptional cases. 

• Employees without Ariba connection: For MAHLE employees without access to Ariba, a purchase on invoice with cost center is possible. After the order is placed, it is submitted to the cost center manager for approval or rejection. 

• Payment term: 60 days net to the 18th of the following month.
  

For MAHLE wholesalers and workshops 

We offer you flexible payment options: 

• Credit card: Pay securely and conveniently with VISA or Mastercard. 

• PayPal: Benefit from the wide range of payment options via PayPal.
  

Private orders B2C 

We offer you various convenient payment methods. Simply choose the option that suits you best:

Shipping time within Germany: The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days. 

For on demand items such as clothing approx. 10 working days.

Exchanges and Returns 

You need to send an email in advance to mahle-shop@werbeartikel.tv to notify us of an exchange. You may then return the goods to Plan Concept GmbH at your own expense. The exchange will be processed provided the goods are received by Plan Concept GmbH in unused and perfect condition. 

In the event of an incorrect delivery or an mistake on the behalf of Plan Concept GmbH, we will provide a returns label and cover the return postage costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. The return must be arranged independently, e.g. via DHL or another courier service, and is paid for directly by the customer.
